Ordering, payment and delivery
Delivery area:
Our ‘Meals to Home’ service is available to people in Staines, Laleham, Ashford, Shepperton, Sunbury, Isleworth, Brentford, St Margaret's some parts of Chiswick, Twickenham & Richmond, Hampton.
WEDNESDAY to FRIDAY DELIVERIES
In accordance with current safety distance rules we will deliver to your door and step back while you answer the door. As this is a fresh food delivery we need to check you pick up the order so there is no risk of it sitting on a doorstep for hours. We need to adhere to food safety standards.
There is no charge for delivery and no minimum spend however the extra items/drinks are only available when ordering meals.
Ordering:
All orders to be emailed to info@burchells.co.uk by 4pm the day before so we know what to cook in the morning.
Delivery will be during the afternoon.
When ordering give exact details with numbers required and date for delivery plus:
Your name, address, postcode and telephone number.
Please ask any allergy questions when ordering.
Do not put any card details on your order. We will call you.
Please do not order on the Facebook page or any other social media pages – ideally by email (you can use the link to email below) but if you cannot email please call us on 07535 979008.
Payment will be, in advance, by card over the phone. We will call you to take details the day before your order. We will not retain your card information.
Our individual meals are supplied in microwaveable container with heating instructions emailed to you on the day.
Last but not least….place your order early to avoid disappointment, orders allocated on first come, first served basis during times of product shortage.
