A little about our Head Chef, John. He has been a chef for over 40 years and trained in some of the best restaurants and hotels at home and abroad including being the Executive Head Chef at The Goring Hotel, Victoria.

Anne’s skills are more about the administration side of the business. Anne is normally your main point of contact for email chats, planning your event and more. Anne runs the front of house team for larger events like weddings, whilst John runs the kitchen brigade....the perfect partnership!
